He is Risen! I hope you were able to celebrate this Easter with family and gratefully remembered the sacrifice our Lord made for each one of us.
This week we have a lot to look forward to. Please read this newsletter carefully and make every effort to join us on Tuesday as we CELEBRATE ALTRUSA'S BIRTHDAY
including a special proclamation read by Temple Mayor Tim Davis.
Not only that, but I encourage you to bring a friend and a potential new member as we are also going to be doing an ADD AN ALTRUSAN exercise during our meeting that is going to be very memorable.
Chapter Highlights
-Our LAST Book Labeling will be 11 AM service this week. Bring any books you have to donate or may have purchased.
-The Club approved a $200 project to supporting Ronald McDonald House wishlist items. However, if you would like to personally bring items from their wishlist to the meeting on Tuesday to add to our gift, please do so. This is optional! Wishlist is in the documents attached below.
I want to share an email I received this week from Family Promise...
" Hi Traci and Tara, We are using the sweet birthday boxes that you brought!! Just wanted to let you and Altrusa know. They are perfect!! We have a 9 year old's birthday on Sat and the boxes are perfect for all the bday supplies. BIG thank you! It’s great to have those to share with the families. Please thank everyone for us!! "
