Hope to see everyone on Tuesday at our January Business Meeting.  We will elect our Nominating Committee for the 2020-2021 slate of officers.  We are at our half way mark for the year.  Our mid-year evaluation was sent our last week.  Please take a couple minutes and help us better serve our club.  We are gathering mid year club hours.  So if you chaired a project please make sure to complete the impact report and make sure all financial information is complete and up to date.  We will be reviewing projects for unused funds to return to unallocated funds so we can use it as needed. 

 

 

First Project of the 2020 year.  Altrusan, Taryn Cox presented a Music Literacy Mentorship Program grant to founder, Kim White. They are ready to equip the music studio and have another great way of reaching out, mentoring and relating with young men in East Temple. 

Thank you to Julie Ruiz and Patsy Sulak for hosting a wonderful Christmas Party and the opportunity for a little friendly competation.  Tho, I feel some acts were not RANDOM just becasues I know many Altrusans perform acts of kindness daily.  Hope everyone enjoyed following facebook pictures and stories as I did.  Thanks to all who participated. 

#defygravity - Sixty-Fourth District Nine Conference regeristration is officially open.  This Conference will show you what innovation, inspiration and energy truly is.  You will learn so much, experience so much and maybe shed a little tear at the amazing work Altrusans throughout the Great State of Texas are doing.  Don't be the one kicking yourself after hearing about all the amazing things that happened over this magical weekend, You gotta come.
