THIS FISH REPORT
Hope everyone is staying well with all the mess going around.  We will have a full meeting tomorrow and need a quorum.  We have two project proposals.  Hope will be presenting the 2020-2021 slate of Officers.  We will be reviewing the Club Policies  and Fiscal Club Policies.  Traci will be presenting the accent coving our mid-year evaluation. All this information is in the download section below.  Please print and review information to help us flow as we again have a full agenda.  I also have a request today,  if you will not be able to attend tomorrows meeting but plan to attend District Nine Conference in April  please send me your name.  We will be selecting 5 delegates and 5 alternates.  If all of this gets to be a little over whelming please do not hesitate to ask your sponsor, a board member or your neighbor sitting next to you.  We all need help from time to time.

ALTRUSANS VOLUNTEER AND ATTEND THE CARING BALL
Altrusans clean up well!  Some where working and some where dancing.  Fun was had by all at the 26th Caring Ball which supports the Temple Community Clinic.  If you missed out Not To Worry there is always next year.  Big THANKS to everyone who helped with this event.
Altrusan, Sharon Walzel sparkles as she worked tirelessly airing up balloons for the balloon sales.  Yes, one POPPED!
CLUB 21 JEWELRY SALE

Altrusa's Club 21 program is committed to supporting programs for children affected by diseases and disabilities, and as members of Club 21, we are given the opportunity to extend a hand to these children and their families.  Our club supports To The Moon and Back and  Camp Dreamcatcher which has received several grants from the Altrusa International Foundation through donations to Club 21.  In 2019, Dreamcatcher was awarded a $4000 grant to help over 100 children with cancer go summer camp.  Your annual membership fee of $21 is due by March 15th, and we have created a special event to encourage participation.   A JEWELRY SALE!

Altrusans are asked to donate personal jewelry they no longer wear; a group will price items in increments of 42--$63...and display for sale.  When an Altrusan pays for her purchase, she will receive credit for her $21 membership fee as well as taking home some gorgeous bling to wear.  Please bring your donations to the next meeting on Feb 11th and support our mission of 100% participation in Club 21.

The event will be held at Patsy Sulak's home (3202 Stratford, Temple) on Weds, Feb 19th, 5PM to 7PM.  Please join us to shop or just come for the fun  We'll have light refreshments and beverages for everyone to enjoy as your make your selections.
And if you prefer, you can just fill out your form and pay your membership fee to Debbie Fendrick at any time before March 15th.  Check payable to Altrusa International Foundation.

Thank you for your support of Club 21
DISTRICT NINE CONFERENCE
#defygravity - Sixty-Fourth District Nine Conference registration is still open.  It's not to late.  If you are planning to attend please Contact Debbie Fendrick our conference coordinator. Her role as coordinator is to know all about your business.  When you going?  Who you going with?  How are you getting there?  Who is your roommate?  When you leaving?  Debbie does a fantastic job every year and it makes her job easy when she is in the know.
