Greeter for Altrusa Meeting

Last 5th Tuesday of the Altrusa year & you don't want to miss it!  Join us at Oscar Store in Temple for a fun time of laughter with your fellow Altrusans.  We will provide appetizers, water, and tea.  You will just need to buy any alcoholic beverages or additional food.  Some may want to stay longer and have dinner... it's been known to happen.  Always a casual atmosphere.  See you there!

A Committee of Altrusans will be providing a Ladies Tea for the women who reside in the VA nursing facility.  Altrusans will arrive at 2pm and the Tea will be at 3pm.  We have limited space but, if you would like to be involved, please email Debbie Fendrick.  Thank you to the committee for responding:

Join us for another jam packed work evening for Dreamcatcher!  We will have several tasks that need to be completed by the group.  I will have a light dinner ready for all those who join us.

Please join us to celebrate another successful year of service! Our evening will be filled with fun, food & laughter as we thank our outgoing Board and welcome our incoming Board!

Carol White will be blessing us with her fabulous culinary skills! Our meal will be lasagna, salad, bread and dessert.

Cost per member is $20 and can be paid via check or cash. Linda Moore will be handling member registration and will be collecting payments at upcoming meetings.

We invite you to come and find out ways you can make the most of being an Altrusan.  President Traci will share her thoughts on the year ahead and we will have time in small groups to brainstorm ideas for projects and visit with committee chairs & co-chairs. Chairs from each committee will explain their roles and have ways for you to get involved.  This is an informal time to visit and ask questions.  Appetizers and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided.

Hello my fellow Altrusans!

Our Camp Dreamcatcher Team is already busy!  Thanks to the dedication and the detailed organization of our amazing Debbie Fendrick, our registration process for Camp Dreamcatcher runs as smoothly as water running from a faucet!  We LOVE YOU DEBBIE!  We would like to go ahead and start assigning job positions for the morning of camper registration.  If you are new to Altrusa, this is an "all-hands on deck" project day. The day is very organized but extemely important to make sure campers and their families complete all the necessary paperwork, med checks, etc. prior to boarding the bus to head to camp.

If you are willing to be one of the leads on-site for registration, please send me a quick note. 

Once we see who is willing to work, Debbie will start communication with the group with specific duties.
