Spring is here, and hope everyone is enjoying the warmer weather and the flowers blooming. We have our program meeting on Tuesday and Reginald Hardy from the Temple VA will be our speaker. He is the Director for Volunteer Services at the Temple VA, so looking forward to hearing about what is happening over at the VA and an update on our 'Altrusa Loves Vets' project from this fall. We have our Kids Against Hunger project on April 10th and Bingo at the Senior Center on April 12th, hope everyone can attend these projects. Also Kelly Nix will bring the membership information from Clubrunner on Tuesday---we have some members working on our yearbook so please look over your information and make corrections if needed. We want to get this completed so we will have a current yearbook for our club. Wishing everyone a Happy Easter and hope to see you Tuesday. |
